Individual Coaching

Life has a way of leaving us fragmented — carrying wounds we haven't named, patterns we can't explain, and a quiet longing for something more. Individual coaching is a space to slow down, turn inward, and begin to understand yourself with greater compassion and clarity.

Using an IFS-informed approach, we explore the different parts of you — the protectors, the critics, the wounded ones — with curiosity rather than judgment. As St. Augustine wrote, "our heart is restless until it rests in Thee." This work is about finding that rest — not by suppressing the restless parts, but by bringing them gently home.

Couples Coaching

For couples who want to love each other better.

Every relationship is a meeting of two complex inner worlds. The conflicts, the distance, the miscommunications — often they are not really about what they seem to be about. Beneath the surface, parts are activated, old wounds are speaking, and two people are doing their best with what they have.

Couples coaching creates a space where both of you can be understood — not just your positions and your arguments, but the deeper parts driving them. Drawing on IFS and the Catholic understanding of marriage as a covenant — a living sign of God's faithful, self-giving love — we work together to build something stronger, more honest, and more deeply connected.
