At Integro Coaching, we believe that the inner work of becoming whole is sacred work. Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and a deep Catholic faith, I walk alongside individuals and couples as they explore the parts of themselves that feel stuck, wounded, or forgotten — and guide them toward the integration and freedom God intends for each of us.
