Nice to meet you

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Virginia

I became a coach because I believe that every person carries within them an unimaginable depth — and that too often, life leaves us disconnected from it.

As someone formed deeply by the Catholic faith, I have always believed that the inner life matters. The heart matters. The parts of us that ache, that protect, that long — they all matter to God, and they matter to me.

My approach to coaching is shaped by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful and compassionate model that helps people understand the different "parts" of themselves — the inner critic, the people-pleaser, the grieving child, the one who keeps everyone safe. IFS teaches that none of these parts are bad. Every part has a purpose. And every part deserves to be heard.

What I bring to this work that is distinctly my own is a Catholic lens on all of it. The saints and mystics of the Church have written for centuries about the interior life — St. Teresa of Ávila's Interior Castle, St. Ignatius's Examen, St. John of the Cross's dark night — and I find that this wisdom speaks beautifully alongside the language of IFS. Together, they offer something rare: a path toward integration that honours both the psychological and the spiritual.

I work with individuals and couples, and I bring to every session the same things: genuine curiosity, deep respect, and a faith that the work we do together is, in some real sense, holy.

Catholic IFS Coaching

Outside of coaching, I am a wife, a mother, and a practicing Catholic. My faith is not a compartment of my life — it is the lens through which I see everything, including this work. If you are looking for a coach who will meet you with both professional skill and genuine spiritual understanding, I would be honoured to walk with you.
